There are no restrictions of the art-for-art and fic-for-fic sort. Like the RBB up until now, artworks (and crafts, vids, etc.) can receive fic, so that won't change! What will change is that there could be teams where the primary is a fic and the complements include podfic and interpretive Athosian dance (note: dance is not actually on the chart, but the mods are fairly flexible).
People are more than welcome to go well over the minimums in all categories! Artists can create sets of wallpapers, fic can top 50,000 if inspiration strikes. *offers cupcakes* - busaikko
